Profile Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO and paid ads
  • Experience or interest in the beauty industry or education/academy sector is highly preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
  • Proficiency with WordPress and Shopify CMS platforms
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for on-page optimisation
  • Experience or familiarity with LearnDash or LMS platforms is highly preferred
  • Strong background in content marketing, keyword research, and SEO optimisation
  • Ability to align content with user intent and conversion goals
  • Experience managing or supporting Google Ads campaigns (Meta Ads experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with ability to suggest ideas and think strategically
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve SEO strategies to grow website traffic, visibility, and rankings
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
  • Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking, content optimisation)
  • Support basic technical SEO (site speed, indexing, mobile usability) and coordinate fixes with developers
  • Monitor and report SEO performance using Google
  • Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Create and optimise SEO content such as blogs, landing pages, and website copy
  • Align content with search intent and conversion goals
  • Support backlink building and outreach efforts
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimisation, and performance tracking
  • Recommend campaign strategies and budget allocation
  • Manage and update WordPress website (LearnDash LMS) and upload course content
  • Improve website structure, UX, and conversion performance
  • Perform basic updates on Shopify when needed
  • Create and optimise landing pages for campaigns
  • Take ownership of the online academy’s digital growth
  • Suggest ideas and improvements to grow traffic and leads.
  • Work independently and translate strategies into execution
