Profile Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in customer support, customer service, hospitality, reservations, or administrative support
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strong email communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with reservation systems, customer databases, and CRM platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and maintain responsiveness throughout the day

Core responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and online inquiries
  • Answer customer questions regarding services, reservations, pricing, availability, policies, and general information
  • Provide accurate information and assist customers throughout the booking and reservation process
  • Monitor shared inboxes and ensure all customer inquiries receive timely responses
  • Follow up with customers regarding reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Assist customers with modifying, updating, or confirming reservations when needed
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure customer requests are fulfilled accurately
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and communications
  • Assist with data entry and administrative support related to reservations and customer service
  • Respond to website inquiries, contact forms, and online messages
  • Monitor and respond to customer messages on social media platforms when needed
  • Make occasional outbound or inbound phone calls when email communication is insufficient or immediate assistance is required
  • Help identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements
