Profile Requirements:
- Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in customer support, customer service, hospitality, reservations, or administrative support
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong email communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Comfortable working with reservation systems, customer databases, and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and maintain responsiveness throughout the day
Core responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and online inquiries
- Answer customer questions regarding services, reservations, pricing, availability, policies, and general information
- Provide accurate information and assist customers throughout the booking and reservation process
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure all customer inquiries receive timely responses
- Follow up with customers regarding reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Assist customers with modifying, updating, or confirming reservations when needed
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure customer requests are fulfilled accurately
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and communications
- Assist with data entry and administrative support related to reservations and customer service
- Respond to website inquiries, contact forms, and online messages
- Monitor and respond to customer messages on social media platforms when needed
- Make occasional outbound or inbound phone calls when email communication is insufficient or immediate assistance is required
- Help identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements
