Profile Requirements:

  • Construction & Trades Experience: Previous customer service, administrative, sales-support, or office experience within construction, home improvement, or skilled trades; experience with multiple trades is strongly preferred.
  • Strong Voice Communication: Excellent spoken English, active listening, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to communicate confidently with contractors, tradespeople, and business owners.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with at least several of the following is preferred: Roofing, Remodeling, Concrete, Excavation, Foundations, Windows & Doors, HVAC, Plumbing, Landscaping, Painting, Flooring, and Custom Homes.
  • Customer Service & CRM Skills: Proven ability to manage customer interactions, follow-up activities, appointment setting, documentation, and CRM updates with accuracy and consistency.
  • Professional & Self-Motivated: Reliable, organized, personable, and comfortable working independently while handling multiple conversations, priorities, and follow-up tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Serve as a professional first point of contact for contractors and business owners, answering inquiries, making follow-up calls, and providing clear information about services and next steps.
  • Understand Contractor Needs: Communicate comfortably with businesses across roofing, remodeling, concrete, excavation, foundations, windows & doors, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, painting, flooring, and custom home construction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with contractors and business owners, maintain positive relationships, and ensure questions, concerns, and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Lead & Appointment Support: Qualify inquiries, identify potential opportunities, gather relevant business information, and schedule consultations or appointments with the appropriate team member.
  • Explain Services Clearly: Communicate the company's SEO, Google visibility, lead-generation, and digital marketing services in an easy-to-understand manner without overpromising results.
  • Follow Up & Track Communications: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients, document call outcomes, update customer records, and maintain accurate notes in CRM and related systems.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address routine customer questions and concerns, troubleshoot basic issues, escalate complex matters appropriately, and ensure customers receive timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate Internally: Relay accurate customer feedback, requests, and lead information to sales, SEO, marketing, and account-management teams while maintaining strong attention to detail.
