What you’ll build with us:

As our CRM Project Specialist  you will support the delivery, optimisation, and ongoing management of CRM initiatives that enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and data-driven marketing performance. This role is responsible for coordinating CRM-related projects including new market integrations, system enhancements, new & improved operating models, campaign implementations, integrations, and user adoption.

The CRM Project Specialist acts as the link between technical teams, marketing, and customer operations to ensure the CRM platform is effectively leveraged to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

The impact you’ll make:

Project Coordination & Implementation

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of CRM projects, new markets & regulatory setup, including global promotions, new feature rollouts, data integrations, and process improvements.
  • Develop project documentation such as briefs, timelines, stakeholder maps, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate activities between internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and progress against key deliverables.

Operating Models & Process Design 

  • Design & roll out best practise processes that streamline internal CRM functions 
  • Streamline relationship with Casino, Customer Service, Sportsbook, Product, Payments and marketing teams to ensure CRM can best support broader business priorities.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure shared understanding.
  • Provide support and training for CRM users to improve system adoption and capability.

System Management & Enhancements

  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM functionality and integrations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved user experience within the CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with IT and CRM administrators to troubleshoot issues and maintain data integrity.
  • Ensure CRM updates and releases are implemented successfully with minimal disruption.

Data & Reporting

  • Support the creation and maintenance of CRM dashboards and reports to monitor project performance and customer engagement metrics.
  • Ensure CRM data quality, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist in post-project reviews and performance evaluations to capture lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.

Process Improvement & Best Practice

  • Contribute to the development and documentation of CRM processes, workflows, and standards.
  • Research CRM best practices and emerging trends to recommend improvements.
  • Support change management and communication activities for new CRM initiatives.

Your track record:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination or CRM-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Experience in marketing automation or customer lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and customer data management.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Exposure to integration projects or CRM system migrations.
  • Experience using AI tools and workflows to streamline project setup and daily operations.
