Job Description

Own the future of CRM and personalised customer experiences

Take the lead on building and optimising how we connect with families across every stage of their journey. From implementing a new CRM platform to designing high-performing lifecycle campaigns, you’ll directly influence engagement, retention and revenue across multiple national brands.

At Junior Adventures Group, we’re investing in smarter, more personalised marketing and we are looking for someone who can bring together data, technology and customer insight to make it happen.

This is a standout opportunity to step into a role where you don’t just execute campaigns, you own the CRM ecosystem end-to-end.

What you’ll be doing

Own and evolve our CRM platform

  • Play a key role in the implementation of a new business-wide CRM platform
  • Act as the product owner and internal expert across systems, integrations and data governance
  • Manage platform operations, including preference centres and campaign data

Design and deliver high-impact customer journeys

  • Build and optimise personalised, automated lifecycle journeys across email, SMS and digital channels
  • Drive enrolments, bookings and retention through targeted, data-led campaigns
  • Partner with the Campaign team to deliver engaging, on-brand communications

Lead campaign planning and execution

  • Own the CRM communications calendar across all customer touchpoints
  • Plan and deliver omni-channel campaigns aligned to key business initiatives
  • Use segmentation and behavioural insights to maximise campaign performance

Turn data into growth opportunities

  • Analyse campaign performance across key metrics (open rates, clicks, revenue, A/B testing)
  • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive results

Collaborate across the business

  • Work closely with our Digital, Marketing, CX and Product teams
  • Partner with stakeholders to align CRM strategies with broader business goals
  • Support the development of a long-term CRM and lifecycle strategy

Qualifications

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • 4+ years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or loyalty programs
  • Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
  • Proven ability to build and optimise end-to-end automated customer journeys
  • Deep understanding of segmentation, personalisation and multi-channel engagement (email, SMS, web)
  • Confidence working with data, analytics and campaign reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
