We are now seeking a Country Manager to join our Australia Mission Critical Team. This candidate can be based out of either Sydney or Melbourne. 


Position Summary:


 This position is to acts as the Australia Country Manager for the Mission Critical team. Working with senior management and reporting directly to the APAC Regional Director, we shall perform our services to our clients, build up our profile, connect with clients and build on existing relationships. The CM will be trained, supported, and guided to be successful in this role. 

 

Responsibilities & Requirements:


•Look for new opportunities for CAI Mission Critical to provide service and value to customers in the market 

•Business development in the Australia region

•Complete RFP proposals and estimates in conjunction with CAI APAC Business Development Director and Regional Director. 

•Participate in a variety of client-facing events, including meetings, trade shows, industry conferences, etc

•Work with the Regional BDM and marketing resources to act upon qualified leads, and to produce relevant, targeted materials to facilitate the sales process

•Seek opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to the client by introducing additional solutions that will enable the customers success

•Review CVs and recommend employment of new staff. Staff removal will need to be in conjunction of the Regional Director

•Complete performance reviews for staff quarterly and development continuous development plans for each individual. 

•Manage the projects budget to include all change orders. 

•Manage projects and staff in progress and future projects as directed. This will include all contractual and financial aspects in conjunction with CAI management. 

•Lead commissioning effort to achieve on time project handover in accordance with the customer requirements. 

•Perform routine project Cost Performance reporting. 

•Vendor Coordination and management as needed

•Support the design specifications review, manufacturer submittals, and project schedule documentation as needed

•Assist project teams with commissioning tasks and ensure deliverables are being tasked

•Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience, goal achievement, and schedule adherence

•Maintain and communicate internal project requirements and overall, Lessons Learned
