The Role
As a Contribution Management Consultant, you’ll help ensure member contributions are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day contribution administration, maintain accurate member records and help deliver quality outcomes for members and internal teams. 

You’ll also play an important part in maintaining data quality by investigating contribution-related issues and working with teams across UniSuper to resolve them. This is a hands on role where attention to detail, sound judgement and responsive service matter. In addition you will:

  • Process member contributions and related account administration accurately and on time 
  • Maintain accurate member records and complete supporting administration 
  • Investigate and resolve contribution related data validation issues 
  • Respond to member and internal stakeholder enquiries professionally and promptly 
  • Follow relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and internal controls 
  • Keep process and control documentation accurate and up to date 

About You 
You’re organised, detail focused and comfortable managing work where accuracy matters. You can balance competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of service and taking accountability for the quality of your work. 

You’ll bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience in superannuation or another regulated administration environment would be valuable, although we’re equally interested in the practical skills and approach you would bring such as:

  • Experience delivering accurate administration in a regulated or process-driven environment 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with close attention to detail 
  • The ability to organise your workload, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus 
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems 
  • Knowledge of superannuation legislation, Acurity, SQL or RG146 will be highly regarded
