Job Description

  • Bring your passion, feel the energy
  • Join a high-performing Marketing team!
  • Sydney-based, working from our new Barangaroo office.

Are you equal parts trend-obsessed, creator-savvy, and commercially minded?

We are looking for a Brand Content Specialist to own the BWS Creator Squad, scale our influencer partnerships, and lead our biggest cultural activations.

You will be the mastermind connecting BWS with Australia’s creator community and bringing hero campaigns—like the Cool Room event series, BWYASSS, Nice Drops, and AFL sports sponsorships—to life across social, PR, and live experiences.

You won't just be executing briefs; you’ll be setting the strategy, pitching supplier-backed creator programs, collaborating with premier agency partners, and directing live shoot moments.

Sound good? Read on.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Lead the BWS Creator Squad: Drive end-to-end management of our influencer and creator network, from outreach, contracting, and campaign briefing to long-term advocacy and ABAC regulatory compliance.
  • Drive Cultural Activations: Lead content and creator integration across flagship properties (Cool Room, AFL, BWYASSS, Always On), managing talent logistics, event shoots, and PR amplification.
  • Commercial & Supplier Strategy: Partner with Mixin and key beverage suppliers to pitch, sell, and co-fund high-impact creator programs.
  • Social-First Production & Guidance: Oversee creator and event content across organic and paid channels, collaborating closely with our Social Marketing Specialist and agency village.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Leadership: Manage agency workflows (Present Company, production partners) while aligning with internal Legal/ABAC, E-comm, Media, and Trade teams.
  • Reporting & ROI: Track reach, engagement, attendance, and sentiment across campaigns to refine future creator strategies and present post-campaign analyses (PCAs).

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you:

  • 4+ Years Experience: Proven track record managing influencer marketing, creator programs, or content partnerships within a consumer brand (retail, FMCG, lifestyle, beverage) or creative agency.
  • Creator & Cultural Network: Deep connections across Australian creator networks, talent agents, and social trends.
  • Event & Production Experience: Hands-on experience in capturing, editing, and directing event-led content and live activations.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to pitch programs to commercial partners/suppliers and comfortably manage budgets.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with ABAC (Alcohol Beverages Advertising Code) guidelines or experience working in highly regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Confident negotiating contracts, pitching ideas, and holding creative agencies accountable to high standards.

The benefits are good too!

  • An exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphy’s and other Endeavour Group brands. Through our partnership with Woolworths, you'll also enjoy discounts at Woolies supermarkets and BIG W

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
