Consultant – Risk Advisory / Management Consulting

Are you looking to grow your career in Risk Advisory and Management Consulting? Join our Melbourne team and work alongside experienced professionals to deliver high-quality risk and internal audit services to a diverse client base.

This role offers hands-on experience, client interaction, and the opportunity to learn and develop within a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver fieldwork under the guidance of senior team members, including:
    • Examining records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
    • Assisting with analysis of records to determine control effectiveness.
    • Verifying transactions and identifying internal control, compliance, operational, or accounting issues.
  • Liaise with clients during fieldwork execution.
  • Document audit tests and findings in work papers.
  • Assist in preparing reports for review by senior staff.
  • Contribute to meetings and presentations.
  • Support partners and managers with sales and marketing activities.
  • Apply knowledge of client, firm, and industry trends to engagements.
  • Assist with other tasks to meet client service delivery objectives.

    About you:

    What We’re Looking For

    Essential:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification.
    • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar role.
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

    Desirable:

    • Professional certification or membership (e.g., CPA, CIA).
