The role

 

As a Communications Consultant, you will deliver high quality, compliant communications across multiple channels to support strategic goals and enhance member and employer engagement. You will coordinate content and collaborate across teams to ensure communications are clear, consistent and aligned to brand and regulatory requirements.

 

 

  • Deliver member, employer and advice communications including PDS, fact sheets, forms and Q&A
  • Create content across web, print, publications, campaigns, podcasts and education programs
  • Ensure content is accurate, consistent and up to date across all channels
  • Coordinate approvals, due diligence and legal sign-off to meet compliance requirements
  • Support marketing communications initiatives, meeting briefs, timelines and stakeholder needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across UniSuper and contribute to project updates and reporting

 

 

About you

 

 

You are a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and can translate complex information into clear, engaging content. You bring a proactive mindset and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes while managing competing priorities.

 

 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex, regulated information to diverse audiences
  • Skilled in creating clear, member-centric content aligned to tone and guidelines
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities without compromising quality
  • Experience delivering results-oriented communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Confidence using MS Teams, MS Office and Google Suite
