In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and medical experts, managing appointments, coordinating bookings, supporting key accounts, and ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience.

Job DescriptionAs a Client Services Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients, medical experts and internal teams by:
- Managing appointments and bookings from enquiry through to completion
- Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email and online platforms
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Supporting customer onboarding and assisting users with online systems and portals
- Managing special requests and resolving enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Identifying opportunities to promote additional services and specialties
- Coordinating with Operations, Quality and Administration teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Supporting medical experts by managing availability and scheduling requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Contributing to business development initiatives and client engagement activities

- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
