Own and continuously improve application security across the SDLC, including secure code reviews, threat modeling, risk assessment, AppSec tooling, vulnerability reporting, secure design standards, and Security Champion programs. Partner with development teams across varying maturity levels to embed effective security practices in Azure and CI/CD environments while maintaining delivery velocity. Mentor developers and strengthen secure coding capabilities.

Support people facing illness, disability, or injury in finding meaningful employment. Responsibilities include conducting vocational assessments, developing return-to-work plans, providing vocational counselling and job-seeking support, connecting clients with employers, collaborating with healthcare providers and stakeholders, overcoming employment barriers, and preparing rehabilitation documentation.

Manage strategic relationships with national workers compensation and compulsory third-party insurance clients. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, retaining and growing revenue, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, negotiating contracts, using customer insights, collaborating on product improvements, representing the company at industry events, and ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations.

Provide workplace rehabilitation services including RTW barrier identification, worksite/functional/OHS assessments, stakeholder liaison (insurers, employers, medical practitioners), and design, implement and monitor return-to-work programs to help injured employees regain independence and return to work.

Serve as primary contact for clients and medical experts: manage appointments and bookings, provide phone/email/online support, onboard users, resolve enquiries, maintain records, coordinate with internal teams, support medical expert scheduling, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to client engagement and business development.

The role involves supervising and mentoring provisional and junior psychologists, offering individual and group supervision, reviewing clinical practices, and ensuring compliance with best practices.

Develop and manage employer relationships to create sustainable job opportunities for clients with disability or support needs. Source leads, align candidates with employers, collaborate with job coaches, deliver post-placement support, and work to KPIs to improve placement and retention outcomes.
