The Role

We’re seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join the back-of-house teams across Koko, Nobu and more of our vibrant Asian-inspired venues.

As a Chef, you’ll create joyful moments through genuine care and connection, guided by Crown’s Service Excellence values: Be Courteous, Connect, Create, and Care.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in the success of our kitchens, contributing to seamless operations and helping deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with daily kitchen operations including food preparation and service

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

  • Following HACCP and food safety protocols

  • Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in Asian cuisine, ideally in a premium, high-volume à la carte kitchen – Thai, Chinese or Japanese Cuisine highly desirable

  • Wok Skills - highly desired 

  • Availability to work part-time or casually across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
