The Role

Are you a commercially driven relationship builder with a passion for driving growth through partners? At Xylem we are looking for a dynamic Channel Partner Manager to lead the strategic expansion of our WI Transport business across the ANZ region.

In this field-based role, you will drive sales growth and market share by strengthening distribution and channel partnerships, executing joint business plans, and positioning Xylem Transport as the preferred solution across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand channel partnerships and distribution networks.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to boost sales performance and deliver marketing initiatives.
  • Lead industry and customer training programs to strengthen product knowledge and market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting wastewater infrastructure.
  • Lead WI the ANZ Channel and Distribution with technical expertise, training, and sales tools to drive Sales across ANZ

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, ideally within the Municipal/ Utility sector.
  • Tertiary qualifications in sales, engineering, or business are highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and effective relationship building skills
  • Comprehensive market knowledge and proficient client management
