Job Description

As part of our Sales & Business Development team, you’ll be at the forefront of driving EVSE’s growth across Victoria. This isn’t just about sales, it’s about building genuine connections with customers, spotting new opportunities, and creating smart, tailored EV charging solutions that make a real impact. You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint and championing EVSE’s mission to lead the way in sustainable transport infrastructure.

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Victorian EV charging market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Deliver tailored proposals and presentations to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EVSE’s products, services, and market trends.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and reporting in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Represent EVSE at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to continual improvement in quality and performance at EVSE by complying with all relevant policies and procedures.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a motivated and commercially savvy professional who can bring both energy and expertise to the role. To thrive, you’ll need a strong mix of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving growth in the EV and sustainability space. Ideally, you’ll bring the following:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in technology, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Ability to develop and close new business
  • Will positively contribute to the office sales culture
  • Ability to develop existing accounts and close further existing business
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of the EV charging industry and/or sustainability sector preferred.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Victoria.
