Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, UAT, and production verification testing. Manage defects, validate fixes, maintain test documentation, and support release readiness. Assist with requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, stakeholder workshops, and traceability. Contribute to testing standards, governance, reusable testing assets, and continuous improvement across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

Establishes and leads Zelora’s testing capability, including testing strategy, governance, quality frameworks, test planning, defect management, release readiness, and quality reporting. The role also performs technical business analysis by gathering requirements, documenting processes, defining acceptance criteria, supporting solution design, and coordinating UAT. It partners with business, technology, project, vendor, and implementation teams to improve delivery quality across technology initiatives.

Leads Zelora’s technology landscape, solution architecture, software delivery, AI implementation, and technology governance. Provides technical leadership to internal teams and external partners, establishes engineering standards, designs secure and scalable architectures across applications, integrations, cloud, and data platforms, and translates business needs into practical solutions. Drives AI-enabled automation, secure-by-design practices, continuous improvement, vendor oversight, and alignment with security, privacy, compliance, and business strategy.
