As a Business Analyst in our Member Domain, you will play a key role in uplifting digital channels and enhancing member experiences. Working closely with Technology, Digital & Data teams and business stakeholders, you’ll define and deliver initiatives that support member growth and service excellence in a rapidly evolving environment.


Your New Role
You will be responsible for analysing, defining and supporting the delivery of business and digital initiatives that improve member interactions and outcomes. You’ll collaborate across teams to translate business needs into practical solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned to strategic objectives.
 

Key duties include but are not limited to;

  • Conduct business analysis, defining and documenting business, information and process requirements across initiatives
  • Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, document reviews, surveys and research activities
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, validate and refine requirements
  • Analyse current systems, data and processes to recommend improvements and solutions
  • Develop detailed documentation including requirements, process maps and supporting artefacts in tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Support planning activities including estimation, prioritisation and cost/benefit analysis
  • Contribute to agile delivery through participation in PI planning, backlog refinement and other scrum events
  • Partner with delivery teams to support implementation, including testing activities where required

What You’ll Need

  • Experience as a Business Analyst delivering significant projects and initiatives successfully
  • Experience working on digital initiatives (e.g. customer portals, web content management, online analytics, microservices/APIs)
  • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable outputs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Experience working in agile environments, including user stories and iterative delivery methods
  • Ability to synthesise business needs, member preferences and regulatory requirements into practical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence a diverse group
  • Understanding of digital platforms that drive improved customer interactions
