Senior Business Analyst on a 12-month contract to gather and validate functional and non-functional requirements, map current and future processes, manage risks/dependencies, support business case and RFP activities, drive process improvements, support change integration, and engage stakeholders to deliver data privacy management enhancements.

Support day-to-day adviser operations across processes, systems and data. Manage fee batch processing, adviser onboarding, licensee movements and third-party authorities. Maintain CRM and core system records, resolve issues, support system changes, testing and reporting, and engage stakeholders to improve tools and member experience.

Lead end-to-end design of complex member experiences on a 12-month contract: drive discovery and research, define problems, produce build-ready UX/UI, partner with Product and Engineering, and influence stakeholders to deliver user-centred outcomes.

Manage end-to-end resolution of complex member disputes, including EDR cases. Conduct detailed investigations, interpret superannuation legislation, prepare written submissions, liaise with external dispute schemes, represent the Fund in conciliations, maintain complaint records, and identify trends to drive continuous improvement.

Provide first-line compliance support for Member Operations with a focus on insurance operations, reviewing member communications, assessing insurance incidents, contributing to breach assessments and remediation, interpreting superannuation and financial services regulations, and building stakeholder relationships.

Senior Business Analyst within Investment Delivery, acting as Calypso and capital markets SME to elicit requirements, design solutions, manage vendors, analyse front/middle/back-office processes, support full delivery lifecycle, and ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes for investment operations.

Lead business analysis for member-focused digital and transformation initiatives. Elicit and document requirements, map processes, support agile delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, aid implementation and testing, and ensure governance, compliance and risk practices are followed.

Hands-on data governance role supporting Investment domain: perform data impact assessments, implement governance frameworks, define controls, lineage, classifications and glossaries, monitor rollout and reporting, support governance forums and roadmaps, and collaborate with business, data and technology teams to uplift data maturity and ensure compliance with data standards.

Provide central coordination and high‑quality administrative support across the Technology, Digital & Data domain. Partner with project workstreams to assess and manage delivered operational risks, design and implement controls, capture risk acceptances, provide pragmatic risk input into requirements and solution design, and support stakeholder engagement to ensure appropriate risk oversight and monitoring for superior member outcomes.

Lead Fund-wide FP&A delivering decision-ready insights, multi-year planning and quarterly forecasts. Oversee project financials, drive systems and process improvements (automation), lead and develop a small FP&A team, and partner with Finance Systems to inform strategic prioritisation and senior stakeholder decisions.

Manage and maintain the Fund's group insurance products and Insurance Management Framework to ensure competitiveness, compliance and alignment with legislation. Support product design, simplification initiatives, communications review, SME input on projects, digital requirements, testing, and lead small project components. Monitor insurance enquiries and allocate responses.

Provide senior financial partnership to Investments: deliver financial insight, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, commercial guidance, performance monitoring, and drive finance process improvements to support investment strategy.
