Design and deliver cross-channel marketing automation programs across email, SMS, and digital channels using Marketo. Build personalised lifecycle journeys, segmented campaigns, landing pages, and nurture programs while managing testing, quality assurance, compliance, and documentation. Provides compliance advice, oversight, and regulatory guidance across the Member Domain within a financial services organization. Supports the transformation of AustralianSuper’s Financial Advice operation by developing business requirements, process models, and transition plans. The role contributes to workforce planning, change initiatives, business testing, implementation, and hypercare activities. It requires strong business analysis experience in financial advice or planning, ideally within superannuation, along with expertise in requirements management, workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk and issue analysis, and Agile or Waterfall project environments.

Coordinates Board Committee meetings and governance activities, including agendas, meeting papers, board book uploads, communications, room and virtual meeting logistics, attendance monitoring, minutes, action items, records, and circulating resolutions.
