Contract Senior Analyst responsible for third-party risk due diligence and residual risk assessments, supporting APRA CPS 230 compliance. Lead implementation of fund-wide risk transformation across Finance and Technology, Digital & Data. Translate risk frameworks into practical plans, drive adoption with senior stakeholders, manage governance and program reporting, identify implementation risks and dependencies, and support change management to embed new risk and compliance outcomes.

Support the Manager, Member Accounts to deliver member and employer services. Provide operational guidance, manage complex queries and service providers, oversee due diligence, resolve incidents, ensure regulatory alignment of communications and business rules, and contribute to continuous improvement, reporting, quality and audit processes.

Design and maintain reusable UI components, patterns and design tokens for an enterprise Design System. Create scalable, accessible solutions across web and mobile, produce documentation, collaborate with product designers and engineers, and iterate assets based on feedback.

Lead architecture strategy and governance for enterprise technology platforms, developing roadmaps, patterns, and standards. Provide solution oversight, conduct architecture reviews, evaluate emerging technologies (especially Azure and AI), partner with stakeholders and vendors, and drive consistency across platforms to align technology with business outcomes.

Lead development and maintenance of the Fund's long-term corporate strategy and a Fund-wide performance framework. Prepare annual strategic posture recommendations, three-year rolling plans, and metrics. Conduct performance deep dives, recommend remediation, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a specialised team to drive strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and performance delivery across the organisation.

Lead sourcing and contracting strategies across the Fund: run large-scale sourcing initiatives, negotiate complex contracts, manage supplier relationships and third‑party risk, produce RFx and evaluation frameworks, manage contract lifecycles and collaborate with Legal, Risk, Projects and business stakeholders to deliver commercial value.

Manage end-to-end contact centre incidents, coordinate investigations and remediation, support third-party providers, strengthen risk and control frameworks, partner with Risk/Audit/Fraud/Operations, monitor risk indicators, prepare post-incident reviews and governance reporting, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead test strategy and execution for the Lifetime Income transformation program. Develop integrated test plans, manage test teams, defects, environments and readiness, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, provide governance and reporting, and drive continuous improvement in testing capability across business and technology initiatives.

Lead end-to-end testing strategy, governance and delivery assurance across the Guardian Program. Oversee SIT, UAT, E2E, regression, production verification and release activities; manage multi-vendor testing, risk, environments, defect governance, reporting, escalation and release readiness while maturing testing capability.

Create and coordinate internal communications across SharePoint, Viva Engage, video, digital screens and events. Manage content calendars, run engagement campaigns, build stakeholder relationships, monitor channel performance, and produce visual/multimedia content to improve colleague experience.

Support management and growth of a global Private Credit portfolio by maintaining financial and portfolio models, delivering performance reporting and insights, supporting investment oversight and valuations, and contributing to research and new investment assessments.
