As Blinq’s first brand hire, you’ll shape how the world sees and experiences us as we define our next horizon. This is a rare chance to build a category-defining brand from the ground up. As a PLG-driven company, our brand isn’t just about storytelling; it’s about shaping experiences that drive viral adoption and organic growth. What You'll Do

  • Define and execute brand marketing strategy - Build and scale a brand that drives awareness, adoption, and trust across target audiences.
  • Lead integrated campaigns - Develop and execute high-impact brand campaigns across digital, social, events, partnerships, and PR.
  • Create and oversee content - Work with our internal team and agencies to produce best-in-class creative, from video to thought leadership.
  • Drive product-led growth impact - Build brand initiatives that fuel viral adoption, word-of-mouth, and category leadership.
  • Partnerships and events - Identify and activate strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and event opportunities to establish Blinq as synonymous with meeting people IRL.
  • Performance tracking - Track key brand and marketing metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership to inform strategy and optimise impact.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in tech or high-growth scale-ups.
  • Track record in brand storytelling with examples of impactful campaigns and content.
  • Strong creative instincts - both visual and verbal.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media dynamics.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in design tools like Figma and Canva.
  • Experience driving partnerships or events-based brand activations.
  • Strategic thinker who aligns marketing with business goals.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: e.g. you see brand and product as intrinsically linked - one drives the other.
  • Detail-obsessed but adaptable - you embrace startup chaos but won’t let Blinq’s brand show up as anything less than exceptional.
