About the Role

Due to growth, we are seeking a talented Brand Manager (BM) to join our Respiratory team. You will work closely with the Snr Brand Manager and Marketing Manager to market GSK's respiratory portfolio, driving long-term growth. You will develop and implement a robust, innovative and multichannel product and marketing plan that will differentiate the brand, engage customers and key internal stakeholders.  Additionally, you will lead aspects of a cross-functional team to execute the business plan with excellence.

Your role will be varied and will include:

  • Supporting budgeted sales and managing A&P spend within budget.
  • Developing and implementing an innovative marketing plan aligned with brand strategy.
  • Creating valuable digital content for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) using multiple insights.
  • Collaborating with the Medical team on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement and educational initiatives.
  • Providing monthly financial updates, forecasts, and 3-year Brand Plans to ensure budget and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop understanding of the epidemiology, clinical and product data in the therapy area in order to develop the long-term strategy for in this environment.

About you?

To be successful in the role, you will need a strong background in omni-channel marketing and digital campaigns, with specific experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a customer-focused approach. You will be adept at achieving targets, building relationships, and executing strategies to perfection. Ideally, you will have experience within Respiratory.

You'll also:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Science (preferred).
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of brand management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Be proficient in demand forecasting and planning.
  • Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Be knowledgeable about competitors and market trends.
