You’ll be hands-on, running the floor, mentoring a team, and helping shape a bar experience that keeps guests coming back. If you thrive in fast-paced venues, love leading people, and are ready to take ownership, this is your moment.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead and develop a high-performing bar team
• Drive exceptional guest service and memorable experiences
• Ensure smooth operations across busy shifts
• Mentor, motivate, and coach your team to perform at their best
• Maintain compliance, safety, and operational standards
• Be visible on the floor, leading by example every shift

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• Experienced in bar or hospitality management
• Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor
• Calm under pressure and solution-focused
• Excellent communicator and mentor
• Passionate about delivering standout guest experiences
• Hold a current RSA
