As an Associate Operations Analyst within the Transaction Services team, you will be responsible for managing settlements, managed funds and transferring assets. The successful candidate will provide the best service possible to clients.

Please note this 12 month Fixed Term contract.

Your Responsibilities

  • Daily reporting, reconciliations & checklist completion 

  • Processing managed fund trades 

  • Managing settlement of all relevant transactions (domestic/international equities, domestic/international fixed income, managed funds and bonds) ensuring minimal failed settlements 

  • Processing trade amendments and cancellations 

  • Maintenance of Counterparty SSI’s 

  • Processing of asset transfers (domestic/international equities, domestic/international fixed income, managed funds, and bonds) according to client instructions and market deadlines 

  • Processing asset cost bases 

  • Liaison with custodians and business partners 

  • Ensure adherence to Corporate Requirements

About You

  • Completed or working towards a degree in Finance, Business or Commerce
  • Some experience within client service environment
  • Some experience within a data entry/administrative role
  • A good understanding and knowledge of Australian Financial Markets desirable
