Supports onboarding of new wealth management clients and accounts by preparing and validating documentation, coordinating information collection, and assisting with KYC, AML/CTF, beneficial ownership, Source of Wealth, Source of Funds, FATCA, and CRS requirements. The role monitors outstanding items, resolves documentation gaps, supports Advisers and stakeholders, escalates risks, and improves onboarding processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic, compliance and regulatory projects in wealth management. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-team dependencies, manage risks, budgets, schedules and governance, and drive business readiness and stakeholder communications. Support estimation, planning and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks.

Lead and deliver change initiatives as a Senior Business Analyst in Wealth Management. Own backlog, elicit and document requirements, create sprint-ready user stories, support testing and traceability, mentor BAs, coordinate with PMs and technical teams, drive process improvements and change management, and support regulatory/compliance projects (AML). Fixed-term 12‑month contract.

Provide operational support and administration for Windows/Linux servers, Azure, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, networking, backups and monitoring. Troubleshoot incidents, support production deployments, perform patching and DR testing, and improve reliability via scripting, automation and documentation while collaborating with local and group technology teams.

Support day-to-day operations, client hospitality, and workplace services. Manage meeting rooms, coordinate client services, and provide administrative assistance in a professional environment.

Leads enterprise-wide organisational change across business, technology, operations, risk and client-facing functions. Coordinates implementation and transition activities across concurrent initiatives, advises executives, manages change risks and saturation, establishes adoption measures, and embeds changes into business-as-usual operations. Builds enterprise change capability and coaches leaders and project teams.

Serve as the Melbourne office front-of-house, greeting clients, managing calls, bookings, meeting rooms and video conferences, supporting executives with admin, expense reconciliation, event coordination, facilities and vendor requests, and maintaining presentation of reception and client areas.

Provides operational support for wealth management clients, including daily reporting, reconciliations, onboarding, AML/KYC verification, account maintenance, document management, closures, and deceased estate matters. The role maintains accurate records, resolves queries with internal and external stakeholders, improves operational controls and processes, and ensures compliance with risk policies, procedures, legislation, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee first-line risk management for regional wealth management activities, including advice suitability, business conduct, controls, risk assessments, file reviews, remediation, exceptions, incidents, and escalations. Provide practical compliance guidance, training, supervision, and governance support to advisers and front-office teams while partnering with management, operations, and second-line risk and compliance functions.

Design, build, and deploy scalable, secure technology solutions across the full project lifecycle. Partner with stakeholders and Group Technology to produce architecture and integration designs, prototypes, and runbooks. Embed security by design, support testing and operational handover, evaluate platforms, and improve engineering and delivery practices to meet strategic business objectives.

Publish and manage digital content across web, email, social and multimedia channels. Coordinate campaigns, record and publish webinars/podcasts, build dashboards and analytics, ensure brand and compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve digital performance.

The Business Analyst will translate business needs into user stories, support stakeholders, and ensure quality outcomes through sprints in Wealth Management.

Support research, selection and monitoring of managed funds across asset classes. Analyse fund reports and market trends, prepare committee recommendations, assist portfolio construction, maintain due diligence and reporting, support fund administration, and contribute to sustainable investment offerings and client-facing materials.

Validate releases across Avaloq, integration systems and APIs by creating and executing test plans, managing test cases and environments, coordinating UAT (including SWIFT messaging), improving automation and test data, and collaborating with business SMEs and platform teams to ensure production-ready quality.
