Quality Engineer responsible for planning, executing, documenting, and improving testing for Avaloq and related financial services platforms. Duties include creating test cases, tracing requirements, coordinating business and counterparty sign-off, validating SWIFT messages, supporting UAT environments, investigating failed tests, managing test data, and improving test frameworks using DevOps principles.

Coordinate HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruitment support, employment documentation, HR records, learning initiatives, reporting, workplace health and safety, and employee queries. Maintain accurate Workday data, support HR projects and process improvements, and collaborate with HR Business Partners while handling sensitive information securely and accurately.

Build and maintain platform products, internal tools, and shared services across the stack. Develop frontends, backend services, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, observability, testing, and integrations. Collaborate on secure, scalable designs, support incidents, contribute documentation, and improve developer experience and platform consistency.

Partners with business leaders to deliver people strategy, organisational capability, talent acquisition, remuneration, employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, WHS, risk management, global mobility, and HR projects. Oversees RPO recruitment operations, Workday data integrity, HR reporting, policies, and AI-driven process improvements. Advises on sensitive workplace matters, leads remuneration reviews and engagement activities, mentors an HR Business Partner, and reports to the Chief People Officer.

Supports onboarding of new wealth management clients and accounts by preparing and validating documentation, coordinating information collection, and assisting with KYC, AML/CTF, beneficial ownership, Source of Wealth, Source of Funds, FATCA, and CRS requirements. The role monitors outstanding items, resolves documentation gaps, supports Advisers and stakeholders, escalates risks, and improves onboarding processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Lead and deliver change initiatives as a Senior Business Analyst in Wealth Management. Own backlog, elicit and document requirements, create sprint-ready user stories, support testing and traceability, mentor BAs, coordinate with PMs and technical teams, drive process improvements and change management, and support regulatory/compliance projects (AML). Fixed-term 12‑month contract.

Support day-to-day operations, client hospitality, and workplace services. Manage meeting rooms, coordinate client services, and provide administrative assistance in a professional environment.

Serve as the Melbourne office front-of-house, greeting clients, managing calls, bookings, meeting rooms and video conferences, supporting executives with admin, expense reconciliation, event coordination, facilities and vendor requests, and maintaining presentation of reception and client areas.

Embed security by design, support testing and operational handover, evaluate platforms, and improve engineering and delivery practices to meet strategic business objectives.

Publish and manage digital content across web, email, social and multimedia channels. Coordinate campaigns, record and publish webinars/podcasts, build dashboards and analytics, ensure brand and compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve digital performance.

The Business Analyst will translate business needs into user stories, support stakeholders, and ensure quality outcomes through sprints in Wealth Management.

Support research, selection and monitoring of managed funds across asset classes. Analyse fund reports and market trends, prepare committee recommendations, assist portfolio construction, maintain due diligence and reporting, support fund administration, and contribute to sustainable investment offerings and client-facing materials.
