How you will make contributions that matter:

Join the dynamic Commercial Marketing team at Saputo Dairy Australia (SDA) and play a pivotal role in driving profit and growth! As an Assistant Brand Manager – Specialty Cheese, you'll actively support the planning and execution of all aspects of the marketing mix for the Specialty Cheese portfolio across Tasmanian Heritage, Mersey Valley, South Cape, and Australian Gold. Your expertise will support new product development, brand plans, shopper marketing, e-commerce initiatives, and collaboration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Acumen: Understand P&L and pricing, manage budgets to maximise ROI, raise purchase orders, invoice, and track budgets, and report monthly across key metrics.
  • Strategic Development: Support annual planning processes, execute strategy and brand plans, and track and report brand and marketing performance.
  • Mental Availability / Communications: Collaborate with agency partners to deliver impactful creative work, lead shopper marketing and e-commerce initiatives, and manage sponsorship and partnership initiatives.
  • Physical Availability / Channel & Customer Development: Execute strategic BTL in-store and online activities, develop measurable communication objectives, and drive channel and customer plans.
  • Innovation: Contribute to innovation strategy and pipeline, lead NPD and product improvement projects, and work closely with commercialisation project managers.

Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in Commerce or Marketing.
  • 2-3 years in FMCG, successful end-to-end delivery of NPD/Innovation, working with external agencies, and digital & social management.
  • Sales data software (preferable), passion for brands and consumer marketing, strong analytical and commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
