The Opportunity
At Mdlz we provide varied career opportunity to our valued employees therefore due to internal secondment we have a Limited Term Contract available. This is an exciting 12-month contract where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth for our Candy portfolio.
How you will contribute
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will,
- Execute Brand Strategy: Collaborate on implementing brand strategies.
- Develop Product & Packaging: Create new product and packaging initiatives.
- Manage Pricing & Budget: Implement pricing strategies and manage the A&C budget.
- Plan Marketing & Media: Develop and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans.
- Support Commercial Planning: Provide input and recommendations for commercial plans.
- Leverage Insights for Campaigns: Use consumer insights to develop integrated marketing campaigns.

- We follow a hybrid model with 3 days from office and 2 days from home.
