We are seeking an experienced Sales Channel & Strategic Partnerships Manager to expand and strengthen Enablon’s partner ecosystem across APAC. The role will focus on identifying, developing and growing strategic partnerships that increase market reach, generate services revenue and accelerate customer adoption of Enablon’s enterprise SaaS solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong network across asset-intensive industries, including utilities, oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial sectors. They will leverage these relationships to identify new commercial opportunities, recruit high-value consulting, implementation and technology partners, and build long-term strategic relationships across the APAC market.

A key component of the role will be developing the capability of Enablon’s existing partner ecosystem. This includes supporting partners with enablement, certification, solution knowledge and services delivery, helping them build the expertise required to successfully implement and expand Enablon solutions within their customer base.

This is a highly relationship-driven and commercially focused role, requiring an individual with an established industry network, strong enterprise SaaS/channel experience and the credibility to engage and influence senior stakeholders across customers and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the channel and partner strategy to support long-term revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new strategic partners, including consulting firms, advisory organisations, systems integrators and specialist service providers.
  • Leverage an established industry network to create new partnership opportunities within asset-intensive industries including utilities, oil & gas, mining and infrastructure.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners to increase engagement, services capability and revenue contribution.
  • Drive partner participation in certification and accreditation programs to expand delivery capacity and improve customer outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Professional Services, Marketing and Product teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build partner business plans, establish growth targets and monitor performance against agreed objectives.
  • Support partners throughout the sales lifecycle by identifying opportunities, facilitating introductions and providing strategic guidance.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences and networking forums to increase market presence and develop strategic relationships.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

About You

You are a highly connected business development professional who thrives on building trusted relationships and creating commercial opportunities through strategic partnerships. Rather than simply managing existing channels, you enjoy opening doors, expanding networks and developing long-term alliances that deliver mutual success.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience building and growing partner ecosystems, alliances or channel programs.
  • Strong network across asset-intensive industries such as utilities, oil & gas, mining, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
  • Experience working with consulting firms, advisory organisations, systems integrators or technology partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, recruit and develop new strategic partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience developing partner enablement initiatives, including certification, training or capability programs.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to executing growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.

Preferred Background

  • Experience within enterprise software, industrial technology, digital transformation or enterprise asset management environments.
  • Background in consulting, strategic partnerships, alliance management or business development.
  • Established relationships across organisations servicing utilities, energy, oil & gas, mining or other asset-intensive industries.
  • Demonstrated success in creating partnerships that drive services growth and expand market reach.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
