Reporting to the Team Manager – Broker Support, you’ll provide essential administrative support to our Underwriting teams and help ensure smooth operations for our brokers. Responsibilities Include:
- Sending out renewal invitations and non-express renewals to brokers
- Processing new policies and renewals in the underwriting system, including preparation of Certificates of Currency and managing related documents
- Following up on outstanding and upcoming renewals and new business
- Maintaining broker information and managing logins to our online system
- Answering phone calls and take messages
- General administration and office duties as required
About You:
- Proven administration and customer experience
- Prior experience in insurance highly regarded
- Professional and positive “can-do” attitude ‘
- Experience in a busy, high-volume environment
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong sense of accountability
