Support the Finance team with transaction processing, reconciliations, bank and fixed asset maintenance, expense and credit card processing, month-end journals, and compliance tasks. Work closely with the Financial Controller and Senior Accountants while developing accounting knowledge and system skills in a global insurance business.

Senior Accountant responsible for financial accounting, tax compliance and reporting for Australian entities. Lead month-end and year-end close, prepare journals and reconciliations, manage intercompany balances, lodge BAS/IAS, support FBT and income tax processes, liaise with auditors and advisers, solve technical accounting issues, and drive process improvements.

Support the end-to-end underwriting process on the Connect Platform by responding to broker enquiries via live chat and digital channels, managing inboxes, issuing policies/MTAs/renewals, chasing outstanding items, producing quotations, conducting daily risk reviews, and providing administrative support to ensure accurate, timely underwriting documentation and a strong broker experience.

Support the Casualty underwriting team by assisting with renewals, preparing quotes and documentation, processing endorsements and cancellations, managing broker communications and shared inboxes, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth day-to-day underwriting operations.

Provide administrative support to broker-facing underwriting teams: process new policies and renewals, prepare Certificates of Currency, manage broker information and logins, follow up on renewals and new business, answer calls and perform general office duties in a high-volume environment.

Handle a portfolio of cyber and other liability claims from first notice to settlement, coordinate incident response vendors (forensic, legal, PR), liaise with policyholders, brokers, underwriters and internal teams, manage reserving and recoveries, perform claims administration and reporting, and escalate complex issues to management.
