About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of complex and high-value customers. You will build trusted relationships, identify opportunities for growth, negotiate commercial agreements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored customer solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive long-term retention and growth.

  • Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the TGE service offering.

  • Negotiating contracts, annual rate reviews and commercial agreements.

  • Developing customer account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Collaborating with Commercial Solutions, Operations and other internal teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

  • Managing sales forecasts, pipeline activity and customer insights through CRM systems.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience in a face-to-face sales, account management or business development role.

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

  • Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial outcomes and managing customer accounts.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.

  • Nice to have - experience with government, logistics or supply chain
