Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial insurance risks, including client relationships, renewals, retention strategies, documentation, and processing. Drive revenue growth through retention and new business development, participate in marketing campaigns, meet financial targets, and engage with senior enterprise stakeholders. The role requires a 360-degree commercial broking approach, strong negotiation and communication skills, and Tier 1 broking credentials.

As the successful candidate you will have:
- 10+ years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success in commercial insurance management
- Product experience including ISR, Liability and Motor.
- Willingness to undertake a 360 broking role including managing client visits and all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio
- Networking and relationship building skills
- Proven experience in developing new business ideal
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to interact with Managing Directors, Insurance Managers, CFO's and CEO's of large enterprises
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Tier 1 broking essential
- Competent in IT and office procedures
Duties in this role will include:
- Managing and maintaining an existing portfolio of commercial risks
