Lead commercial and financial management for Corporate & Technology within the Parcels division. Drive forecasting, budgeting, investment governance, financial modelling, cost optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Lead planning and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies for Parcels. Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue through audience research, segmentation, multi-channel customer communications, events, agency management, sales enablement, and performance analytics. Collaborate with Sales and senior leaders and manage suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Lead and manage the courier application portfolio—including transport management and customer-facing systems—driving strategy, roadmaps, vendor management, integrations, security, performance, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Lead finance separation and transformation activities to create a standalone finance function. Design and embed finance processes, controls, governance and operating models. Support ERP and finance systems implementation, data migration, and Day 1 readiness while partnering with senior stakeholders across functions.
