Leads business analysis activities and Business Analysts across strategic technology, data, AI, automation, and integration initiatives. Partners with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, facilitate discovery workshops, document current and future processes, assess AI and automation use cases, and translate requirements into delivery-ready artefacts. Coordinates BA resources, collaborates with architecture and delivery teams, supports Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery, and drives continuous improvement and measurable business value.

Supports PLC, WCS, MES, and sortation control systems for automated freight operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting faults, modifying PLC programs, conducting root cause analysis, optimizing conveyors and sortation equipment, supporting electrical design and commissioning, managing system reliability, and developing maintenance processes. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, maintenance teams, technology partners, and contractors while providing technical guidance and training.
