Why Right Lane is a great place to build your career

At Right Lane we exist to help organisations that do good do better. We work with leaders tackling society’s biggest challenges across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

B Corp certified means we meet independently verified standards for social and environmental impact, accountability and transparency. We have recently transitioned its ownership to a foundation owned model becoming the first privately owned Australian Management consulting firm to adopt such a structure. This means our focus is long-term impact, not short-term profit.

You’ll join a collaborative, close-knit team that values intellectual rigour, curiosity and generosity. We are deeply committed to Reconciliation, diversity, equity and inclusion in all its forms. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
