Scope and prototype integrations, design PoV trials, demonstrate AI/LLM workflows, advise enterprise customers on generative AI best practices, and translate solutions into SOWs for post-sales implementation.

The role focuses on generating sales leads, engaging with prospects in the Commercial/Enterprise market, and managing a sales pipeline. Candidates should be motivated and eager to succeed in technology sales without requiring previous experience.

Hunt and close new SMB customers, grow and expand accounts, and maintain high retention. Build pipelines, forecast accurately in Salesforce, use data to prospect and cross-sell, lead competitive sales cycles, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Own and lead the Action Platform product vision and roadmap, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and customers. Translate internal and external requirements into scalable platform solutions, define OKRs and success metrics, and drive delivery of features, integrations, and performance improvements to support high-volume rule executions and customer-facing use cases.

Embed with strategic customers to design, build, and deliver production-grade AI/LLM solutions.
