Embed with strategic customers to design, build, and deliver production-grade AI/LLM solutions. Lead discovery, scoping, PoCs, integrations (APIs, data pipelines, RAG/vector DBs), production rollouts, and handoffs. Troubleshoot complex data/infra/model issues, collaborate with sales and product teams, and translate customer learnings into prioritized product improvements.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Zendesk's internal AI Platform, spanning SDKs, developer tooling, infrastructure, observability, evaluation, and agent lifecycle. Drive adoption across vertical teams, define agent-to-agent layer and registry, conduct user and industry research, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate AI platform needs into actionable requirements.

The Corporate Account Executive will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, manage relationships, and utilize AI insights for sales strategies. Responsibilities include nurturing accounts, conducting sales cycles, and collaborating across teams to optimize customer engagement.
