Whilst no previous experience is required, we are looking for team members who are highly motivated by technology sales, enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced industry and are willing to go above and beyond in this goal oriented position.
 

The Role

This is a pure hunting sales role and includes engaging with prospect organizations within different market segments. You will work with key internal stakeholders and groups - including sales & product managers, industry sales directors, and marketing. You will be responsible for identifying, uncovering and qualifying opportunities that contribute to a significant proportion of the pipeline development for sales across ANZ. As the team is required to work onsite 3x a week, you need to be based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects and clients to understand business and organisation challenges and pain points

  • Generate high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting into SMB/Commercial/Enterprise accounts 

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop a list of target prospects

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects & provide top class customer experience
     

Your Experience

  • Business Development experience within the SMB/Commercial/Enterprise segment, particularly managing prospects from ANZ.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales related environment

  • A competitive mindset, with a hunger and 'self-starter' commitment to overachieve and succeed

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills; you should be a great writer, speaker, and listener

  • Bachelor's degree is preferable

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
