Develops and maintains enterprise data platforms, pipelines, integrations, data models, and analytical datasets. Builds ETL/ELT processes in Microsoft Fabric, supports Power BI reporting, improves data quality and governance, monitors platform reliability, troubleshoots incidents, and enables self-service analytics. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, automate processes, document data assets, and continuously improve platform performance and trust.

Develops and executes government relations, regulatory engagement, and advocacy strategies for the VRC. Builds relationships with government, regulators, industry bodies, and other stakeholders; monitors political and policy developments; prepares submissions and executive briefings; advises leaders on stakeholder dynamics and external risks; supports reputation management and government engagement for major events including the Melbourne Cup Carnival.

Coordinate end-to-end ticketing operations for Cox Plate Day, including inventory management, on-sales, customer enquiries, ticket requests, payments, reconciliation, distribution, access control, and race-day troubleshooting. The role supports members, corporate clients, sponsors, suppliers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records, documentation, reporting, and a high-quality customer experience.
