Provide part-time professional counselling, risk assessment, crisis response, referral and case coordination for students. Deliver individual and group therapy, collaborate with families, staff, and external services, and contribute to whole-school wellbeing and preventative initiatives.

Provide frontline support for Moodle, RTO Manager, Jira and classroom technologies; manage student results in the Student Management System; prepare Moodle courses; troubleshoot LMS/SMS issues; run staff training and contribute to continuous improvement of digital learning environments.

Provide academic skills support to students: deliver workshops, develop learning plans, monitor progress, process academic misconduct cases, collaborate with teaching staff, and refer students to internal services to improve academic outcomes.

Coordinate and manage student placements ensuring regulatory compliance: assess student needs, match with agencies, arrange interviews, confirm placements, maintain documentation in InPlace, assign liaison officers, respond to queries, and collect feedback to improve placements.

Manage daily operations of a clinical simulation lab: maintain equipment and manikins, ensure safety and compliance, support and assess students, train staff on equipment, manage inventory and consumables, and supervise simulation sessions in collaboration with academic staff and laboratory assistants.

Contractor delivers intensive instructional sessions on clinical examination and patient assessment, conducts and marks assessments using prescribed rubrics, provides feedback, returns results within agreed timeframes, and collaborates with academic staff to support course improvement.

Deliver practical training and supervise clinical skills for VET students in massage therapy programs. Facilitate practice classes, demonstrate industry techniques, assess practical and theory assessments, provide feedback, ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and VET standards, and support student professional development in clinic and simulated environments.
