Coordinates the Bachelor of Community Services program, supports academic staff, drives curriculum and teaching quality, monitors course performance, and promotes student outcomes. The role also contributes to academic governance, quality assurance, accreditation requirements, and stakeholder engagement with students, academics, and industry. Applicants must hold a relevant master’s degree, have at least three years of Community Services industry experience, and possess higher education coordination or academic leadership experience.

Coordinate VET compliance and quality assurance across two registered training organisations. Maintain policies, procedures, documentation, version control and compliance systems; monitor regulatory and funding changes; support audits, validation, moderation and reporting; track risks and improvement actions; and provide practical compliance guidance to teams handling complex student matters.

Manage and optimize student and business systems, ensuring accurate, compliant student data and reliable system functionality. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements. Produce operational, management, and regulatory reports, including Power BI dashboards, and support TCSI and QILT submissions. Maintain documentation, user guides, and reporting fields while identifying discrepancies and trends. Train staff and provide practical guidance on systems and processes.

Coordinate daily clinical simulation laboratory operations, ensuring equipment, manikins, consumables, and learning spaces are safe, compliant, maintained, and ready. Support inventory, ordering, stock control, equipment training, and laboratory sessions. Teach, support, and assess nursing students while collaborating with academic staff and the Laboratory Assistant. Contribute to VET and RTO compliance requirements, student support, and effective simulation-based learning experiences.

Deliver practical training and supervise clinical skills for VET students in massage therapy programs. Facilitate practice classes, demonstrate industry techniques, assess practical and theory assessments, provide feedback, ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and VET standards, and support student professional development in clinic and simulated environments.
