Provide frontline support for Moodle, RTO Manager, classroom technologies and student management systems. Respond to Jira tickets, set up Moodle courses, maintain student records, troubleshoot LMS/SMS issues, deliver staff training, support integrations, gather user feedback, and collaborate with academic and operational teams to improve digital learning experiences.

Manage and grow partnerships with community services and social work organisations across Victoria to secure student placements. Coordinate with academic teams, support students during placements, monitor outcomes, maintain placement records, resolve placement issues, and contribute to workforce and placement planning to meet student demand.

The Placement Officer coordinates student placements, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducts interviews, and responds to student queries to enhance the placement process.
