Support valuation implementation, governance controls, exception monitoring, private market performance analysis, investment reporting, and audit or compliance activities for unlisted and private market investments. Coordinate with custodians, valuers, auditors, investment teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate processing, robust evidence, effective controls, and continuous improvement.

Lead the overall health, strategy, governance, roadmap, and lifecycle management of UniSuper’s Acurity platform. Shape platform direction, guide investment and modernization decisions, govern technology standards and controls, oversee technical debt remediation, advise on vendor performance and commercial outcomes, and sponsor initiatives improving reliability, resilience, and supportability. The role requires influencing technical and business stakeholders while balancing immediate needs with long-term sustainability in a regulated environment.

Process member contributions and account administration accurately, maintain member records, investigate data validation issues, respond to member and internal enquiries, follow regulatory requirements, and maintain process documentation. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, workload management, and service skills in a regulated environment.
