Leads UniSuper’s identity and access management strategy, architecture, governance, and operations. Manages IAM lifecycle processes, access certification, privileged access, authentication, service accounts, APIs, bots, and machine identities. Oversees risk, compliance, controls, and operational performance while coaching a team of IAM specialists and engineers. The role requires expertise in cloud identity modernization, identity federation, authentication protocols, IAM platforms, and threat modeling within a regulated industry.

Investigates complex member incidents and operational issues across business, data, and technology teams. Analyzes system data and transaction flows, identifies root causes, calculates remediation adjustments, leads account rectifications, improves controls and procedures, documents findings, and supports testing and continuous improvement. The role requires strong SQL, financial services platform experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate technical findings into business outcomes.

Leads a team of analytics specialists delivering reports, data models, visualisations, and actionable insights for Marketing & Growth. The role includes coaching, stakeholder engagement, delivery prioritisation, data strategy alignment, compliance support, and continuous improvement. It requires translating customer and marketing data into strategic recommendations and managing analytics quality, requirements, QA, and release processes.
