Lead OFCI procurement for data center projects: manage sourcing, contracts, RFx, vendor negotiations, delivery schedules, risk mitigation, reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure timely, cost-effective equipment procurement and installation.

Manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying activities, including feasibility studies, cost estimating, cost planning, procurement, tendering, contract administration, valuations, variations, final accounts, and monthly cost reporting. The role involves client and stakeholder management across major projects in sectors including infrastructure, health, education, defence, retail, energy, and natural resources.
