Provide front-of-house and office administration for the Melbourne office: reception, meeting room coordination, facilities and supplies management, invoice and expense processing (D365), onboarding support, event coordination, project team administrative support (SharePoint, Teams, Aconex), health & safety compliance, and liaising with vendors and building management.

Prepare and price cost plans from first principles, measure quantities, produce cost reports, assess tender returns, contractor variations and payment claims, compile benchmarking and market intelligence, and use digital tools (the Hive) to deliver cost management outputs.
