Lead OFCI procurement for data center projects: manage sourcing, contracts, RFx, vendor negotiations, delivery schedules, risk mitigation, reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure timely, cost-effective equipment procurement and installation.

Support delivery of project assurance and management consultancy: maintain schedule and benchmark databases, develop and maintain project baseline schedules, establish planning team, and perform schedule assurance reviews while completing tasks on time.

The Planner/Senior Planner will manage construction schedules, prepare progress reports, conduct delay analysis, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders on project deliverables.
