The role involves scheduling services for Building projects, conducting reviews and analyses, preparing updates, and creating Integrated Master Works Programmes.

Prepare and price cost plans from first principles, measure quantities, produce cost reports, assess tender returns, contractor variations and payment claims, compile benchmarking and market intelligence, and use digital tools (the Hive) to deliver cost management outputs.
