Manage delivery of infrastructure and construction projects (particularly aviation), define scope, oversee procurement and contracts, coordinate stakeholders, control site activities, mitigate risks, and maintain quality and compliance across project lifecycles.

Prepare and price cost plans from first principles, measure quantities, produce cost reports, assess tender returns, contractor variations and payment claims, compile benchmarking and market intelligence, and use digital tools (the Hive) to deliver cost management outputs.

The Planner/Senior Planner will manage construction schedules, prepare progress reports, conduct delay analysis, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders on project deliverables.
