Supports project assurance and management consultancy assignments by developing and maintaining baseline and project schedules, maintaining schedule and benchmark databases, establishing planning teams, and conducting schedule assurance reviews. The role requires extensive planning experience, strong written and spoken English, attention to detail, independent working ability, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and potentially Microsoft Project.

Acts as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, organizational development, policy creation, reward strategies, retention, communication, and employee lifecycle initiatives. Guides managers through performance and employee relations matters while improving HR services and stakeholder relationships across the region.

Manage ICT and fit-out delivery for DC/NW sites, coordinate deployment of telecom infrastructure, oversee project management tasks, and engage stakeholders to ensure project alignment and completion.
