Support contract governance and administration for a Defence logistics portfolio: maintain contract registers and document repositories, monitor obligations and milestones, coordinate governance meetings, prepare reports and dashboards, support contract variations and approvals, and collaborate with operations, finance, procurement, legal and commercial stakeholders to ensure compliant contract delivery.

Lead national supply support, distribution and customer service for a large Defence logistics contract. Oversee 700+ staff across ~50 sites via regional leaders, ensure contractual compliance, drive operational excellence, risk management, stakeholder engagement with Defence, and contribute to strategic planning, financial performance and capability development.

Support relocation of Australian Defence Force members and families by providing end-to-end case management or administrative support, ensuring policy compliance, entitlement administration, stakeholder communication, and responding to routine enquiries.
