Manages commercial and contractual obligations for a complex logistics contract, including contract lifecycle activities, pricing, negotiations, variations, audits, supplier agreements, P&L oversight, forecasting, invoicing, performance reporting, compliance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management. The role requires significant senior contract or commercial management experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, Australian citizenship, and eligibility for AGSVA security clearance.

Manage end-to-end relocation support for Australian Defence Force members and their families. Serve as the primary contact, explain service scope and relocation processes, administer Defence relocation policies and entitlements, respond to enquiries, ensure compliance with client requirements, and resolve escalations. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, policy interpretation, administration, and stakeholder management skills.

Lead Toll's Defence Relocations and Removals account, build senior stakeholder relationships, drive account growth and profitability, manage contract renewals, ensure exceptional service for ADF members, and lead continuous improvement and commercial performance initiatives.
