The Customer Success Manager ensures project teams maximize value from Timescapes through onboarding, engagement, and relationship building while managing contract extensions and expansion opportunities.

Lead ANZ sales strategy and a lean team to drive revenue growth in the construction market. Win and expand key accounts, optimise sales processes, hire and coach AEs, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company at events while ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage 200 active construction projects, facilitate onboarding, drive platform adoption, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and revenue growth.
