Lead and develop a Solutions Engineering team to drive technical sales success across enterprise opportunities. Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to support discovery, demonstrations, POCs, and solutioning for modern data, analytics, and AI platforms. Coach on technical-sales strategy, performance management, hiring, and cross-functional execution to scale team capability and customer outcomes.

Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to win deals by designing and demonstrating Snowflake-based data and AI solutions. Lead discovery, workshops, proofs-of-concept, and technical presentations; translate business needs into architecture and implementation patterns; build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders to drive adoption and long-term value.

The Migrations Solutions Architect will manage the pre-sales migration cycle, engage with customers, scope data migrations, and utilize AI tools to innovate migration strategies

Lead technical pre-sales engagements to demonstrate Snowflake value, design modern data architectures, run demos/workshops/proofs-of-concept, build stakeholder trust, and translate customer needs into product feedback and long-term adoption.

Lead services sales and advisory for enterprise Snowflake accounts: identify and scope engagements, build SOWs and proposals, hit bookings targets, run discovery and roadmapping with executives, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure customer value and successful project execution.

Design and deploy AI/ML solutions on Snowflake, build POCs and pipelines using SQL/Python and partner tools, advise customers and integrators, enable best practices, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
