The Technical Data Migration Consultant will manage healthcare data migration projects by extracting, transforming, and loading data while ensuring accuracy and collaboration with stakeholders.

Coordinate end-to-end data acquisition, movement, and validation for Azure-based archival/migration programs. Manage access, ETL/UDP pipelines, QA, defect resolution, tracking, and stakeholder coordination to ensure production-ready datasets and cutover readiness.

Deliver end-to-end SaaS workforce management implementations, including requirements gathering, platform configuration, workflow design, testing, training, change management, adoption, and go-live support. Build customer relationships, resolve delivery challenges, document best practices, identify automation opportunities, optimize processes, and report on project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource usage.

Provides Level 1 application and technical support through phone and ticketing channels. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer issues, triaging and prioritizing high-volume support queues, documenting interactions, resolving routine problems, escalating complex issues, and collaborating with technical teams. The role also uses knowledge bases, automation, and AI-powered support tools while identifying recurring issues and contributing to service improvements.
