We're searching for a Melbourne-based Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team, so that we can deliver practical, well organised marketing activity across Australia, New Zealand and the wider APAC region. The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate campaigns, content, digital and social activity, events and lead follow up to turn plans into action and strengthen our marketing impact across the region.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Supporting end to end delivery of regional and global campaigns, maintaining campaign plans and actions in Asana, and drafting, editing and repurposing marketing content including emails, blogs, customer stories, case studies and landing page copy.

  • Coordinating the APAC LinkedIn content calendar, supporting organic and paid digital campaigns and website or landing page updates, and keeping messaging, creative assets and brand execution consistent across channels and APAC markets.

  • Coordinating conferences, webinars, roundtables and partner activities from planning and promotion through to logistics and delivery, managing event assets, registrations, attendee communications, speaker and supplier coordination and lead capture.

  • Supporting accurate capture, cleansing, segmentation and routing of leads across HubSpot and Salesforce, preparing clear campaign and event engagement summaries for Sales and Customer Success, and supporting nurture and lead process improvements.

  • Coordinating inputs and deliverables across Marketing, Sales, Product and other stakeholders, maintaining organised campaign records and reporting, and using approved AI and marketing tools responsibly with appropriate human review.

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • Around 2 to 3 years of hands on experience in marketing, communications or a similar coordination role, with exposure to campaigns, content, digital or events.

  • Strong written communication and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.

  • Working knowledge of core marketing channels such as email, social media, web, digital campaigns and events, plus comfort working with marketing or CRM systems, data and basic performance reporting.

  • A collaborative, proactive and dependable approach, with good judgement about when to ask questions, escalate issues and follow through. Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, healthcare or aged care, and exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana or LinkedIn Campaign Manager, is desirable.

By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
