Job Description
RLDatix (RLD) is on a mission to help raise the standard of care…everywhere. Trusted by over 10,000 healthcare organisations around the world, our solutions help improve health and care. Our applications ensure that patients receive the best and safest care while supporting the providers who deliver it.
Joining TeamRLD means being part of a global effort of over 2,000 team members in making a difference in healthcare…every day.
We're searching for a Melbourne-based Cloud Solution Analyst to join our Cloud Solutions team, so that we can deliver seamless, high-quality data acquisition, movement, and validation across cloud-based archival platforms. The Cloud Solution Analyst will coordinate end-to-end data activities across client, vendor, and technical teams to ensure complete, accurate, and production-ready datasets that support large-scale data migration and archival programs.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Lead and coordinate data acquisition across source systems, working with client and vendor teams to secure access, validate completeness, and manage initial loads, incremental refreshes, and re-extraction activities.
  • Execute and support data movement through UDP/ETL pipelines into Azure-based environments to ensure data is accurately processed, staged for validation, and promoted to production.
  • Support data validation and quality assurance activities by coordinating with validation teams, resolving data issues, and driving refresh cycles to address defects or missing data.
  • Act as a central coordination point across technical teams, infrastructure, vendors, and client stakeholders in order to manage dependencies, risks, and timelines while ensuring alignment with program delivery.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of data acquisition and movement — including data sizing, progress, and readiness — to ensure full visibility and traceability across staging and production environments, and support cutover planning and production readiness ahead of go-live.

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical, data, or cloud-related roles.
  • Foundational experience in SQL and data querying, along with working knowledge of structured data such as CSV files and relational databases.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably Azure), ETL/data pipelines, and data migration or archival concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities with strong coordination, tracking, and documentation discipline.
  • Ability to commute to our Melbourne office as part of a hybrid working arrangement.
  • Sincere interest in cloud technologies, data migration, and helping transform healthcare through better data.
  • A knack for working collaboratively across technical and non-technical stakeholders within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
