Drive ML lifecycle practices, data/feature foundations, evaluation frameworks and MLOps using Python, SQL and modern ML tools. Mentor engineers, set technical direction, ensure ethical, reliable, and scalable AI capabilities aligned to product priorities.

Investigate and respond to fraud and privacy incidents, manage governance processes and incoming enquiries, escalate risks to Risk/Legal/Security, and collaborate with stakeholders to protect customers and improve controls while delivering excellent customer interactions.

Operate and optimise Workday and connected people platforms: configure modules, business processes, security, reporting and data loads; manage incidents, releases, testing and integrations; partner with stakeholders to deliver system improvements, automation and AI-enabled features that improve data quality and employee experience.
