Provides reception, patient-service, medical-record, admissions, and clerical support in a busy mental health hospital. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, maintaining electronic and paper records, assisting ward staff, coordinating with departments, completing data entry and document preparation, conducting health-fund checks, and supporting patient-centred administrative operations.

Facilitates inpatient mental health groups for patients with varied diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Plans and delivers skills-based group content, participates in program development, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary allied health team. The role requires registered mental health professionals with group therapy experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the flexibility to provide inpatient and outpatient support.

Provides psychological care in inpatient, outpatient, and day-program settings. Facilitates DBT, CBT, and other evidence-based group therapy programs; plans skills groups; engages patients across age groups; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams; and contributes to program development. Requires AHPRA registration, strong communication and organizational skills, autonomous practice, and familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
