Provide acute physiotherapy assessment and management for orthopaedic, spinal, cardiac and general medical/reconditioning patients. Lead and support the orthopaedics nursing team, plan and deliver patient care, assist the Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator, provide clinical leadership, and ensure high-quality acute care within the unit.

Provide imaging and patient monitoring during interventional cardiac and vascular procedures in the Cath and Hybrid Labs. Work with nurses and cardiologists to ensure patient safety, assist in procedures (angiograms, angioplasties, pacemaker insertion, TAVI, vascular/interventional radiology and EP), participate in on-call roster, and uphold high standards of clinical care and communication.

Assess and triage patients in the Emergency Department to identify suitable transfers to the private hospital, coordinate transitions of care, engage with treating doctors, and provide excellent patient-focused communication and support to optimise clinical outcomes and patient experience.

Lead and manage the retail pharmacy team, supervise and mentor staff, control inventory and stock levels, use POS and pharmacy systems, deliver excellent customer service, resolve customer issues, and ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced retail pharmacy.

Provide evidence-based nutritional assessment, counselling and management for surgical, gastrointestinal, oncology and medical inpatients. Deliver nutrition support, malnutrition management, peri-operative care, and manage a clinical caseload working autonomously within multidisciplinary teams.

Lead clinical care on Lawson Ward, overseeing patient assessment, planning and delivery of nursing care, supporting and mentoring staff, coordinating with Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
